A former Saginaw police officer has been sentenced nearly three years after he was charged with a felony and two counts of assault and battery. The charges accuse Adam Collier of assaulting a woman who was detained in his custody. The woman was handcuffed and forcefully pushed into the back of the patrol car. He was fired from the force on July 17, 2020. He’s been sentenced to 1-year probation; 100 hours of community service, he’ll have to complete an anger management course & also has a no-contact order w/ the woman he assaulted!
