Saginaw man could face the death penalty when facing judge in May!

A Saginaw man accused of killing a Mt Pleasant woman late last year is facing more charges including 1^st degree murder that coupled with an earlier child abuse charge would make him eligible for the death penalty. 37 year old Jonathan Ashford will be in front of US District Court Judge Thomas Ludington again on May 26^th, to see if the death penalty charge will stick or not.
