A man arrested after electronic devices reported stolen from CMU were found at his Lake Isabella home by police investigating a different case, will spend at least (3) years in prison. 48 year old Phillip Gerard Washington, was sentenced yesterday morning. He plead no contest to larceny, he was also charged with receiving stolen property, but that charge was later dismissed!
