Mt. Pleasant could see a new downtown festival with a pitch by a CMU student, who recently won $5,000 in a competition for ideas to boost downtown. Erin Marovicz won the first Downtown Mt P Pitch Competition hosted by the Middle Michigan Development Corporation. It’s an effort to bring innovative ideas to life, to increase vibrancy to our downtown area.
