The St. Louis police dept. is reporting that a local resident received a telephone call from someone impersonating Gratiot Co Sheriff’s deputy, Lt. Roy McCollum. The man tried to get the victim to bring money to the lobby to the sheriff’s office in Ithaca in an attempt to deposit the funds into an inmates account.
