The dog in Clare County that was trapped on an island, has been safely rescued. The 2 year old Great Dane named Zaria, was found on the island, Northeast of Harrison back in August. She’s been examined by a vet & has started her recovery process. She will likely enter a foster home through the Clare County Animal Shelter, while she continues to recover.
