The man who shot at Alma police officers last year has been deemed criminally responsible for his actions & prosecutors can proceed to present their case against him. 29 year old, Tyler Moreno of Alma, faces 18 charges, including (3) counts of attempted murder, stemming from the incident that occurred last October 18th!
