A 48-year-old man has been charged with open murder, as of Friday in connection with a fatal assault at the General Motors assembly plant in Orion Township. The suspect was arraigned Saturday morning & is being held in the Oakland Co. Jail. The victim, 49 year old Gregory Lanier Robertson, of Pontiac, died in the slaying. If convicted, the man could face a life sentence.
