Shannen Doherty has come out victorious in her lawsuit against State Farm. The actress sued the insurance company for refusing to pay for repairs on the Malibu, California home she lost in the 2018 Woolsey Fire.

According to court docs obtained by “People,” she’ll be getting over $6-point-three-million in damages from State Farm. The funds also cover her attorney fees and emotional distress. In a statement, State Farm says they’re “disappointed” by the ruling and are looking into an appeal, although they “empathize with Ms. Doherty’s health and wish her the best.”

“We thank the members of the jury for their thoughtful consideration of Shannen’s case,” Doherty’s attorney says in a statement. “We are happy they saw the case the way we do. This should send a message to institutions that they should not forget they are dealing with human beings.”
