A hearing to determine whether a west Michigan man will face trial over allegations that he molested a sleeping woman in Mt Pleasant was delayed. 23- year old Jacob Martin of Fountain got a new attorney and his attorney asked to postpone the hearing so he could acquainted with the case. The exam was moved to April 27th.
