“Tool Time” is back. Tim Allen and Richard Karn are making a comeback in a new competition show on the History Channel, “Assembly Required,” being described as a “live version of ‘Tool Time.’” The unscripted series, where contestants go head-to-head constructing wild inventions, premieres on Tuesday at 10pm ET on the History Channel.
