A 38-year-old St. Louis man was arrested for indecent exposure Tuesday afternoon, accused of urinating in front of the Mt. Pleasant Bennigan’s. The manager told the officer that she’d heard the man, who’d come in for a takeout order, get loud with the bartender before leaving, then urinated outside. When officers pulled the man over after he left the restaurant, he said he didn’t have a weapon but that HE was the weapon.
