Fox News has given veteran anchor Ed Henry the boot after investigating a complaint about “willful sexual misconduct in the workplace.” Henry, who was recently made co-anchor of the mid-morning program “America’s Newsroom,” was let go after the network investigated a complaint on June 25th form a former employee about Henry’s alleged behavior from “years ago.”

Henry’s attorney notes that he denies the allegations, though he was booted “based on investigative findings” according to Fox News execs. For now, rotating anchors will fill in at “America’s Newsroom,” with Sandra Smith remaining co-anchor.

It’s not the first time Henry has faced allegations about his behavior. He left Fox News for months in 2016 after a tabloid report about an affair with a woman in Vegas – at the time, Fox News said it was “aware of Ed’s personal issues.”
