Sanford resident Kathy Parsch was finally reunited with the ashes of her mother after thinking she had lost everything in the floods. Parsch’s friend Margaret Charbonneau couldn’t shake a feeling, even after searching the property for weeks. Charbonneau returned to the home, started digging around a corner and found the ashes.
