The owner of Tiki Pineapple with locations in Midland and Mt Pleasant, faces four counts of financial crimes in Midland County. The crimes allegedly involve him writing checks to himself from his company’s checking account. Michael Enderby waived his preliminary exam in October. The next step in the case is a conference on March 30.
