Police have named the man responsible for a 14 year old Shepherd girl’s recent disappearance. Jeffrey Kaiser faces one charge but in the arraignment the prosecutor hinted at more charges coming if they find out more details about what went on the two days while Nevaeh Snyder was missing. They had met through friends and family and talked online. Snyder is now home safe.
