A Houghton Lake man who police say assaulted an officer was arrested Monday. They say William Treska knocked down the door of a motel room, assaulted someone with a knife, and when police came to arrest Treska, he head butted a trooper and damaged a cruiser. He is now in Roscommon County jail.
