Yesterday, we reported that Michael Sanchez, Jeff Bezos’ loverLauren Sanchez’ brother, was paid around $200-thousand for the damning texts and photos of the Amazon mogul. Now, Sanchez has admitted he made a “deal with the devil” to help the “National Enquirer” break the story about their affair… but maintains that he didn’t leak the pics.
Speaking to Page Six, Sanchez says he only helped out the outlet to protect Lauren and Bezos by making sure the story only broke after their spouses were told about the affair. But even so, he’s insisting he had nothing to do with the pics. “I may have helped the Enquirer with their story,” he notes. “But I never had access to the [below the belt] selfies.”
And while he’s is saying he “helped” out his sister and Bezos with the timing of the story, Page Six says that the status of Bezos and Lauren’s relationship is now unclear. The outlet cites a source’s claims that the two haven’t been seen together since, at least partially because of the all the paparazzi. Plus, they’re spending time with their kids who didn’t get a warning about the story.
