An increase in fees may be coming to the city of Mt Pleasant. Mt. Pleasant city commissioners will soon be reviewing the city’s operating budget for 2019. City Manager Nancy Ridley told The Morning Sun that the proposed budget continues the same service levels at the same millage rate for taxpayers but one of the bigger changes is a review of the fees in different areas. The City is likely to approve the budget in December.
