Looks like Jamie Foxx won’t face any sexual misconduct charges after all. We told you previously that a woman had accused him of slapping her in the face…with his dangly bits.
According to the Las Vegas Police Department, the Oscar-winner is in the clear because the statute of limitations for the alleged incident is three years. Since it happened in 2002, he’s good. And while the woman in question may have had a civil case, the statute of limitations has run its course on that one as well.
At this point, the only legal action that might happen is Jamie suing the unidentified woman for what he called an absurd lie. No word on if he’s planning to take her on in court.
