A woman is dead after an ATV broke through ice and was submerged in a Gladwin County lake. Deputies say a man ad woman were riding the ATV when it fell into Lake Lancer in Butman Township at around 6:30 Saturday night. The passenger, Monica Johnson, died at the scene. The driver, David McCloe, was rescued.
