Mt. Pleasant city commissioners Monday rejected a Brownfield agreement for a new apartment building project in downtown Mt. Pleasant. THE MORNING SUN REPORTS THAT developers of the proposed five-story building, would have reimbursed them an estimated $4.8 million over the next 20 years AND SOME COMMISSIONERS FELT IT WAS JUST TOO MUCH MONEY.
