A 33 year old man broke into 2 different apartments early Monday morning and shined a flashlight on 2 females while they slept, waking them up and then running away. After a call from 9-1-1, police chased the culprit down the railroad tracks on the edge of CMU’s campus and arrested him after a scuffle. Charles Henry faces several charges and is lodged in the Isabella County Jail.
