Mariah Carey’s holiday season isn’t getting off to a good start. The singer just announced that she’s been forced to cancel several shows on her Christmas tour after coming down with an upper respiratory infection.
“Just in time for the holiday gift giving season it seems I’ve received a present of my own,” she writes, “an upper respiratory infection after last week’s flu.”
Mariah’s holiday tour was due to kick off tomorrow in Windsor, Ontario, Canada with another show scheduled for Saturday in Chicago. As of now her website lists the tour as starting November 27th at the Beacon Theater in New York City. Check out Mariah’s complete message below.
