Blood alcohol limit for drunken driving to stay at .08 in Michigan

Michigan’s current blood alcohol limit for drunken driving is now set to stick around until at least 20-21. The Michigan legislature approved a bill that will keep it at .08. It limit was set to change to .10 by October of 2018, which would have put federal funding , at risk. The extension now moves to Gov Rick Snyders desk, for a signature.
