Man Arrested Sunday for Domestic Violence

Police arrested a Mt Pleasant man for domestic assault on Sunday afternoon in the 3700 block of South Isabella Road. The man gave officers a fake name when they arrived and said his girlfriend had fallen. The police report says the 26-year-old victim was struck by the suspect and throw into the walls. She also had scratches to the neck and chest, and face swelling.
