Matt Boyd cruised through five innings, propelling the Detroit Tigers to a 7-1 victory over the Florida Marlins on Tuesday in spring training action. Boyd struck out five without walking a single batter. Dixon Machado and J.D. Martinez led the Tigers with two hits a piece in the win.
