A Harrison man was charged on Tuesday with possession of meth and other crimes. 29-year-old Eric Hayes was seen shortly before 8:00PM on Sunday injecting himself. Clare County Police received a call from a witness and arrested him after finding the drugs. Clare County Prosecutor Michelle Ambrozaitis placed Hayes on third offense habitual offender notice.
