Central Michigan University President George Ross released another statement regarding last week’s creation of an anti-semitic Valentine’s Day card, saying the creator is a former student. In his previous statement, Ross referred to the woman as a “non-student.” He also said that assumptions that the student was suspended or expelled are false. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act requires Ross not to identify the former student by name.
