A group of young adults saying they needed money for drugs invaded a Gratiot County home on Sunday morning wearing masks and brandishing machetes and a gun. The victim was injured in the incident. Three of the suspects, a 23-year-old and 18-year-old man, and 16-year-old boy, broke into the home, while a 17 and an 18-year-old woman waited in the getaway car. Two of the five are in police custody, and police expect the rest to turn themselves in soon.
