After over a year of planning and construction, the updated Student Activity Center pool and locker rooms opened to the public Monday morning at Central Michigan University. Refurbishments include a new deck and pool tiles, movable floor, LED lighting, gutters, a filter system and inlet system. The area also includes a new locker room, and two new gender-neutral changing rooms. The total cost of the renovation was $3.1 million.
