Alma Public Schools plan to start work on some buildings in June. The School Board unanimously approved a $564,000 contract with KL Design Group for $10 million worth of bond projects. Improvements include new bells clocks and phones at Donald L. Pavlik Middle School, a lunch room expansion and bathroom renovations at Alma High School, and roof and boiler replacement at Pine Avenue and Hillcrest elementary schools.
