Marcus Keene scored a career-high 44 points, and Central Michigan held on to defeat Montana State 106-103 Wednesday night in Montana. Keene entered the game averaging a Division 1 best 30.8 points per game. Braylon Rayson added 16 points in the Chippewas victory.
