A sexual discrimination lawsuit filed by former Central Michigan University faculty member has been dismissed. Sara Kubik said she was a victim of sexual discrimination after the journalism department voted not to reappoint her following a denial of a tenure extension during her pregnancy. Kubik alleged that her denial was retaliation for her discriminatory complaints, but U.S. District Judge Thomas Ludington said her evidence was not satisfactory.
