The Barthwell Group strategic management consulting firm unveiled an inclusion and diversity plan for Central Michigan University at a town hall meeting on Tuesday. The group made recommendations to implement a committee on diversity and inclusion, which President George Ross said the university will do. Findings were based on an online survey and interviews and focus groups with people of color, women, LGBTQ individuals, veterans, people who practice minority religions and people with disabilities.
