Mt Pleasant Chef Pete Lieber purchased the Gingko Tree Inn bed and breakfast as of October 1st. Chef Pete plans to start a food truck in addition to Adelaides restaurant inside the Inn. Lieber says the food truck, which features barbecue and mac and cheese, will be up and running within a couple of weeks.
