The city of Alma expects to receive contracts related to the Stormwater Asset Management and Wastewater grant in November. The city applied for the grant in 2013 to develop a better asset management system for its wastewater system. The state will play over $671,000 of the nearly $746,000 price tag, while the city plans to cover the rest.
