The Detroit Lions wrapped up their pre-season Thursday with a convincing 31-0 victory over the Buffalo Bills at Ford Field. Rookie Dwayne Washington opened the game with a 58-yard touchdown run for Detroit. Another rookie, Jace Billingsley, finished with seven catches for 80 yards for the Lions. Former Michigan quarterback Jake Rudock finished the game 14 of 23 passing for 171 yards and three touchdowns with no picks. The Lions finished their pre-season 2-2.
