The city of Clare, Michigan Economic Development Corp. and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority announced a crowdfunding campaign to raise $25,000 for the Clare Depot project by August 15th. If the public successfully raises the money, the funds will be matched through the Public Spaces Community Places program.
