The Mt Pleasant City Commission appointed a Central Michigan University student to the Mt Pleasant Planning Commission. William Joseph plans to serve the remainder of Keith Cotter’s term, which ends on December 31st. Joseph graduated from Brighton and began attending CMU in 2010. He also participated in the Mt Pleasant citizens academy earlier this year.
