St Louis police chief Richard Ramereiz presented Megan Johnson with a Life Saving Award at the start of Tuesday’s city commission meeting. Johnson saw a neighbor running from the building and carrying her lifeless 13-month-old daughter while she was in the parking lot of Cambridge Woods Apartments earlier this year. Johnson used quick thinking and CPR skills to resuscitate the young girl.
