48-year-old Gregory Luke faces charges of molesting a teenage girl and is being held without bond in Midland County Jail. Luke has two previous convictions of sexual assault on his record. Prosecutors charged Luke with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, two counts of child sexually abusive activity and using a computer to commit a crime. A habitual fourth offender enhancement was also levied, which carries a mandatory 25-year sentence.
