A Michigan lawmaker is facing felony charges. Democratic state rep Brian Banks of Detroit is charge with submitting fraudulent pay stubs to get a 3000 dollar loan. Due to his previous convictions of writing bad checks and credit card fraud Banks could potentially face life imprisonment
