Defense attorney Joseph Barberi wants Judge Eric Janes not to allow witnesses to refer to two women, allegedly assaulted by former CMU football player Malik Fountain, as victims. Fountain was arrested in April after two women say he assaulted them at the Wayside in December. Fountain, who is 20, was kicked off the CMU football team, and faces counts of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
