The case against Vestaburg teacher and coach Ben Steele stemmed from a report by a middle school student that he touched her inappropriately while she was playing basketball in the gym, according to a court document. A witness also told the interviewer that she saw Steele inappropriately touch the girl for five seconds. Steele was set to retire on June 3rd.
