Despite a strong offensive effort, the Detroit Tigers still can’t win in Anaheim as the Tigers fell 11-9 last night to the Angels. Anibal Sanchez continued to struggle, lasting only three innings with eight hits and six runs. Ian Kinsler hit a grand slam in the seventh inning for the Tigers, the first of his career. Victor Martinez also homered in the loss.
