After the Michigan Court of Appeals upheld the Isabella Trial Court’s decision on the case regarding the Todd Levitt parody Twitter account on Thursday, Levitt says he plans to take the case to the Michigan Supreme Court. The appellate panel ruled that the parody account couldn’t be reasonably interpreted as coming from Levitt himself, and the court acknowledged that the account identified itself as a parody.
