$10Keynote Speaker Mikeyy Austin will present “Transforming Spaces: The Power of Arts and Culture in Community Revitalization” from 7 to 9 pm Saturday, August 3, 2024, in the Veterans Memorial Library Annex Room
Explore how arts and culture serve as catalysts for community transformation and placemaking. This keynote will delve into the strategies and successes of integrating creative initiatives to foster inclusive, vibrant, and resilient communities. Drawing on real-world examples and partnerships, we’ll uncover how the arts can bridge cultural divides, stimulate local economies, and enhance the quality of life for all residents.
Free appetizers. Free for: Kids Market kids and 1 adult, Artists Battle artists and AWC artists. $10 for others to attend (payable at the door).
My1043 is all about Mid-Michigan and all of the communities that we serve. We care about helping local Non-Profit Organizations (501-C3s) and other local charities, get the word out about their upcoming events!
