Midland County Sheriff Scott Stephenson says he was drinking at a deer camp in Kalkaska County about two weeks ago, left the camp in his car to get cell reception,  pulled over as he felt the alcohol take effect but was busted for drinking while driving. Stephenson says he plans to plead guilty in court and issued an apology.
