Marijuana will be legal in Michigan in 10 days. The Board of State Canvassers certified the results of the Nov. 6 election. On Dec. 6, adults over the age of 21 can possess marijuana in public and can consume marijuana in the privacy of their homes. Driving under the influence of marijuana is illegal and remains illegal on Dec. 6.
